A Few Projects...

Just finished a cute little mini book for a good friend...Clyde Ricks~anyone? He is such a character, and a good man. With a memory better than mine, {x a million} he remembers exact birthdates, important dates, the time of when they happened, what the weather was like that day, right down to to like {"it was a cold chilly day, 22 degrees etc }...everything, it's quite amazing! I am laughing right now...I was just reminiscing of when Rene, Slade and I were working in the potatoes with Clyde and it was way late into the night, Clyde was busy telling us stories, and then we had the nerve to ask him if he knew who Lloyd Christmas was.... it was so funny at the time, but now I just think well, no who am I kidding it was hilarious! I sure hope he doesn't remember that one. Lots of great memories with Clyde! Anyway last week Clyde showed up at Scrapalicious with a few of his favorite pictures that he always carries around to show everyone, so compiled them in a book for him. {using up the Noteworthy, take that!}

Gulianna is so daring, she likes taking risks...like standing up on my famous red papasan chair that likes to throw people out of it when they are either: sitting in or getting out! She didn't even fall out...

My Little Helper...

Gulianna is always so curious and lOvEs to get into things...she likes to pull herself right up onto things! But sometimes...{well most of the time} she gets into things she should be touching...like all the scrapbook paper, albums, anything really that is in her reach...but I lOvE that she gets to be with me all the time! She's my little punkin' munkin' ...

A walk with dad...

Gulianna lOvEs to go on walks, in the stroller and the Baby Bjorn! She kicks and swings her legs, what a funny girl! It was nice outside but slightly windy so she had to wear a hat, we don't want earaches!

{Gulianna's Box of Fun}

When I received my Tag order a couple of weeks ago, my boxes had a ton of packing peanuts, so instead of getting rid of them, I combined them into one box and now its Gulianna's favorite thing to play with...at least for a while, until she starts grabbing the paper again. Anyway the first time I set her in the box she sat there looking at all the peanuts, and then she started rumbling her legs, it was so funny! She kept kicking her legs until she got buried in all the packing peanuts, what a little gizzard munch. {don't ask where we got that name, its amazing what you can come up with, that's a whole other post right there!} I wish I had my camcorder here, because its so funny, maybe I'll bring it here sometime. This is Gulianna's favorite magazine to read...just kidding, but she does like to rip them up...eeeekk! No touchy touchy! Again Gulianna was outside playing while Levi was washing the tent trailer and emptying out the anti-freeze~here kitty kitty, just kidding. {You know how cats like anti-freeze...} When Levi had the trailer open, we put Gulianna on one of the beds and she was crawling around like crazy, she got really hyper, she just can't wait for camping this summer! {as I am looking out the window, and its grrrr SNOWING again, I thought it was Spring already}

{Playing Outside}

This was almost 2 weeks ago, on Saturday April 12, before we headed to Jackson, to go swimming for Emry's birthday! Levi forgot that we were even going! He woke up and went outside to do some yard work. He took Gulianna outside, this is probably her first "real" time being outside and playing around! She had fun, Levi sat her on a blanket while he was raking leaves and trimming the trees. Then he got the lawn mower out and gave Gulianna a ride around the yard! She absolutely lOvEd it! She was laughing and clapping her hands the whole time, she's so funny!

Cherry and Corey had a little baby girl this morning at 10:10 am! She weighed in at 6 lbs 11 oz! She is so precious, and she looks like a mix between both Audrey and Stephy! Cherry was thinking she was having a boy...I was secretly betting on a girl! These are for you Keni and Rhonda! {shame on you for being in Hawaii!} She's a cutie! Proud dad! "Soft Gulianna, soft!" whoooaa! we said "soft!" {no she didn't smack her cousin!} and Gulianna is still lookin' at Uncle Corey!

Katie's baby!

Katie and Adam had a precious baby girl, little Isabelle Wynn! She weighed in at 7 lbs 5 oz! She was born yesterday morning, which makes her a little tax birthday baby! We are so happy for you guys!

Last weekend...

What a weekend, nice weather finally, until today it is so stinkin' windy, I hate it. Oh well. Saturday we went swimming in Jackson for Emry's birthday, only to find out that the little kid section was closed for a week~figures, when we were taking a bunch of kids! We all had fun anyway! It was Gulianna's first time swimming, besides being in a bathtub. I was afraid the water would be too cold, since she lOvEs hot water, but she didn't mind it at all! She was splashing with her hands and kicking her little legs, it was so fun for her. She cried a little ONCE, while she got splashed by someone, other than that she was cool. Afterwards we went to Nancy's for dinner, and some cute ice cream cone cupcakes. {so cute Lana!} We got home late on Saturday night, we probably should have just stayed in Driggs for the weekend...but whatever. Anyway Sunday was so nice, we ended up not going to church, I got my scrapbooking room clean finally, and I didn't take pictures! Yeah you probably don't believe it was clean anyways, but it was. Levi was outside de'winterizing his trailer, if that's what you call it?? Gulianna lOvEd sitting outside on a blanket in the grass, yup GRASS, I guess I'm not missing Driggs right now! Yesterday, we went to a funeral in Driggs, so sad, I don't like funerals, but I guess we have to have them. Can't wait to go see Katie's baby tonight after work, she had a baby GIRL, we are so excited for her! I'll post pictures later if I have time...Oh yeah and American Idol tonight, I lOvE Tuesdays!

America screwed up...

I don't know about anyone else, but I think the wrong person went home last night, Michael Johns is one of the best on there, I don't mind Kristy Cook but I think she should have been voted off a long time ago. I lOvE Carly, but she should have gone home, not Michael. I was completely shocked when Ryan said "Carly and Syesha you are safe..." Then I thought when he was saying last year at this time no one went home, I was thinking he was going to say "Michael you are staying, April Fools" or something like that. I feel bad for him because he was very shocked himself. Oh well I guess its getting down to the finale so someone has to go home, even though I still think America screwed up on their votes! Come on people! And while I am complaining, I am sooo sick of Paula talking like she's being cut off on a cell phone, is anyone else with me here??? Just spit it out already...

So this is Gulianna eating some her bananarama baby food, she lOvE's it! I was attempting to take some pictures of her while she was sitting on top of the counter, brave I know. and she lOvEs getting into things at the store... {okay, I was trying to hold Gulianna and type at the same time and now she just grabbed her baby food and I have bananas running down my jeans, I cleaned it up, and then it happened again, she's too quick...} I'm signing off now, been waiting all day to see who gets voted off on American Idol, my guess is Carly...

Now that I'm lookin' at these pictures I realize that her dress is big, I looked at the tag, and it's 12-24 months, at least she gets to wear it for a while! Grandma and Gulianna!

RJ's birthday party...

My littlest brother RJ {okay he's not really little anymore...wait yes he is, he's just older now...} turned 12 on March 21st. He had he's birthday party the next day, so we went over to my mom's house and stayed the night. It was also Easter weekend, which should have been in April. Anyway Gulianna experienced being around balloons for the first time, at first she would freak out when they were by her face, but then later on in the night she got used to them and was grabbing them, I thought she was going to pop one in her face, but luckily that didn't happen. Grandpa fed Gulianna some JELL-O for the first time, she loved it! These are some silly faces that Gulianna makes!

Our sad story...

Okay first I have to share a sad story about yesterday. Levi went to work at the store so I could stay home for once and attempt to get something done. I am almost done with my scrapbooking room, I just have to finish putting stuff away, so I had started to work on that yesterday morning. Gulianna had fallen asleep, so I laid her down on the couch {bad choice I know} and went upstairs to work on cleaning my room. A while later I heard a loud thunk, and I thought oh s***, I ran downstairs, and Gulianna was on all fours, still quiet- but you know that long quiet pause that comes before the blood curdling scream...I pick her up and her whole mouth is full of blood. I couldn't believe it, I was so mad at myself, I know better than to leave her on the couch. She didn't cry too long, but I was still sick about it. Anyway, she must have cut her top gums with her bottom teeth, is what we figured, they are all black and blue, and her top lip was so swollen. The funny thing was that I had her in this cute little outfit that was too small for her, {I procrastinated about putting it on her, it is 0-3 months, but it would have still fit about a month and a half ago} and I was going to take her pictures, but then we had the falling off the couch accident, and she got blood all over her sleeves...so now screw the pictures, my little Roo Bug got hurt! So sad, I still can't believe it. Anyway on a lighter note, I have lots of pictures to share I think I'll split them up into different posts!

Scrapbook Pages from this weekend...

First of thank you to every one that made it to my Pampered Chef party, and thank you to everyone that tried to make it, who would have thought the roads would still be closed at the end of March, of course you never know here in Idaho! We had fun scrappin' this weekend, It's fun just to sit down and actually be creative, and actually use our product that we have been hoarding for so long. Why do we do that? It's because we are saving that perfect paper or embellishment for that perfect page, well I have collected a whole room full of stuff that haven't even touched yet...so now our new motto "just freakin' use it" along with our old one "GIT R DUN" well actually "GET IT DONE" {inside joke}

{Me and Grandpa}

okay I actually scrapped this page back in February, just now posting it... Yes, these 2 pages go together, one is 12x12 and the other is 8.5x11, now I don't care what size my pages are, I am scrappin' 6x6, 8x8, 8.5x11, and 12x12 and putting them all in a 12x12 binder! This is the way to go for me, no more debating what size and what year do I start scrappin' 12x12 pages and so on... As for my 9x9 pages I will put them in my Heidi Swapp albums. A Day in my life... again this one I scrapped on March 18 Watch Me Grow Up... okay this page was a kit I purchased last year at the ETM Expo at Sherelle's booth. I put the page together the week before I had Gulianna, and then I printed pictures on Sunday and slapped them on there! Mommy & Me... This one I scrapped on Sunday, I was beginning to think, I know I scrapbooked but now what pages did I actually do this weekend!
