At it again...

ooooohhh, I'd like to beat her! If you didn't catch the last time she did this, you can click here. This time l caught her just in time as she was starting to spill the bottle. I should have known that she was getting close to doing it again...because just yesterday she picked up another bottle of Eat Your Carrots...and peeled the label off.

 Today it was Blueberry...

It was quite a struggle to just get the bottle of paint out of her hand without spilling it everywhere...she even threw a tantrum and started kicking her little legs, spanky spanky!

Rexburg Folkdance Festival Parade...

After a day of scrapbooking, and kids swimming and playing outside, we headed to Rexburg for the parade. We were actually kind of late, but it was still going...

Folk Dance Festival {Opening Ceremony}...

We went to the opening ceremony in Rexburg, Levi, Ty and Aros were ushers for the event, and we had great 3rd row seats, thanks Aros & Lana for being hosts! Lol...We had perfect seats until SOMEONE had a great idea to move to the top of the stadium seating so that we would have a "better view of the fireworks" Hmmm fireworks or dancers, blah blah blah, okay fireworks! I about died carrying Gulianna to the top and she's not even that heavy! We had fun watching all the dancers, Gulianna thought it was great, she lOvEs entertainment!

Your Produce Man...

I have found a new website that I find very useful...not that I'm turning into a cooking and baking housewife, I just want to be somewhat knowledgeable in when I have to go to the freakin' grocery store.

If you know me...I do NOT cook or bake, and nor do I really care too. But I love to eat. I know it's retarted. Okay so I can make spaghetti, ramen noodles, and I can brown hamburger. Thank goodness for Levi, and his love for cooking! 

So last week I found myself wanting to eat some plums so I bought some. I picked out the clean ones, not bruised or mushy. I thought I was doing good...until I took it to Claudia's and bit into one, and it was so sour and yucky tasting. or maybe I was home, I think there were two different occassions...anyhow, mine sucked and Claudia said I should eat one of hers and it was a good one. She informed me that I didn't pick a ripe one.

Then when I was at home, a couple of days later, I thought they would be good by then, I bit into another one....and Levi was annoyed because I can't pick out a good plum. Or any type of fruit or vegetable for that matter. I hate going to the store to get avocados, because I hate wasting my money on a rotten one or one that isn't perfect. I swear I follow all the rules and yet when I cut it open there's usually some sort of suprise inside. Pathetic I know, whatever...I found this that might help me.

Chloe Reese Party...

Katie hosted a Chloe Reese Party at her home, so we went and tried on some cute headbands. They had a lot of really cute flower clips, but I personally thought they were too big for little Gulianna's noggin, Levi hates humongous bows! lol! We had fun trying them on, of course Gulianna would just pull them off, here are the few pictures I got of her...

Happy Birthday Levi...

31???? say wHAT??!! Happy Birthday to you! This year was the first year in about 4 years that we didn't go camping at Lava Hot Springs for Levi's birthday!  What is wrong with us! I guess I just didn't plan it this year. I always love to float the river, even last year when I was just about 9 months pregnant with Gulianna!! Fun times! Next year for sure!

We went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse for Levi's birthday, last minute of course, 9PM!! We were starving of course...Gulianna was going crazy for food as usual, she was entertaining the people in the other booths next to us! Ribs and steak {medium rare} the usual of course!

Levi was so excited to strap Gulianna in this super old, but super good jumper...Cherrie had used it for Colton and Chaylynn, and who knows who else...

At first Gulianna didn't know what to do, but then, she was bouncing away!

Reading...

Gulianna lOvEs her books! Everyday she reads her Hop on Pop, Pat the Bunny, and Blue Hat, Green Hat books! When we are working at the store, and I can tell she's a little tired, I just lay her down on her pillow in the playpin, cover her with a blanket and give her a book, and she will look at it for about 1-2 minutes {literally} and then fall asleep! She is the best I tell ya!

 

Lunchtime...

These pictures crack me up...I got Gulianna a grilled cheese sandwich from Arctic Circle, and broke half of it into small pieces, so she could eat it by herself, and I set her drink of water right by her so that whenever she got thirsty she could just take a drink! 

But when I started taking pictures of her to remember what a big girl she is becoming...she started eating her food like a little kitty, what a little show off!

She did it...

She finally crawled down the stairs by herself! Levi has been trying to teach her for a while now, but she was a little scared. Then when we were at Claudia's she just went for it!

Then she wanted to "walk" down the stairs, so aunt Claudia was showing her how...

Finally some pictures with her hat on...she is so stubborn and just pulls it right off! I can't believe she is getting so big!

 

Potato Lover...

Earlier for lunch, Gulianna and I had a baked potato from Wendy's, but we didn't finish it all, I had set it on the counter, yeah I probably should have just thrown it away...but anyway later Gulianna must have gotten hungry because when I turned around she was sitting on the floor just eating a chunk of potato, skin and all...

 

A little treat...

Gulianna and I went to the grocery store today to buy some lunch and yogurt and some starburst. When we got back to Scrapalicious, I opened up a starburst and gave Gulianna a "bite" of one. Then I forgot that I left the package on the floor. She was playing in the scrapbooking stuff across the room, and then she started to get into the paper...so I picked up the Starburst and said "Gulianna look a treat" and she started crawling my way. I went back to the computer, forgetting that I just showed her the Starburst, when I realized she's too quiet...

So I peaked my head around the computer and Gulianna was sitting there holding the Starburst and chewing away. I could smell that it was a yellow one and I tried to pry her mouth open, but she would NOT open it at all, I thought well at least she took the wrapper off!

Then I looked around and saw a pink one and a red one that I shared with her earlier, but no YELLOW one. So I tried to open her mouth again, she was being very stubborn, I got my finger in her little pirana mouth and got the yellow Starburst out, WRAPPER and all!

About half of the paper was gone and she was just sucking on it!

And so it begins...little stinker!

Happy 7 years to us...

wow 7 years, really? Time as gone, somewhere, I don't really know- actually! Sorry no pictures of us, {yes among the millions that I have...they are all at home} But here's some yummy chocolates from Florence's

  

We didn't really have any plans for the evening, we ended up going to Gringo's for dinner, Gulianna surely enjoyed a Strawberry Daiquiri, her eyes of course lit up when the waitress brought it out!

 

Afterwards we went to see WALL-E, it was a good movie. Gulianna lOvEd it as well!

lOvEs to hang off the swingset! She has a strong grip and can hold on for a very long time! She's debuting her birthday dress...that I have anxiously been waiting to put her in for a whole year now...just about!

I painted her little toenails *pink* to match her dress {thanks Nancy for holding her down} and then took her pictures outside, for her birthday invitations.She stood up by herself, with nothing to grab onto...probably cuz she was standing in the grass!

 

Rigby Car Show...

Saturday I worked at the store in the morning, then went home because I didn't have time to grab our swimsuits only to realize that they didn't get washed, so I hurried and washed them, fed Gulianna, ate lunch, packed our things and then headed to Rigby Lake. Gulianna played in the water with her cousins for a while, couple hours maybe...and then we headed to the City Park for the Car Show!

Gulianna is constantly getting into paper, she loves pulling down the spools of ribbon and wrapping them around her neck, pulling flowers and mini books out of the bins, and then she hands things to me...like she's helping! So at least 10 times a day, I am picking up after her putting all the product back in its place!

4th of July...

Levi and Ty went to secure our spot with the tent trailer, Tuesday...maybe Wednesday, I can't remember, but by then it was already packed! We luckily got the perfect camping spot, better than the weekend before! Again Ty and Nancy and kids came camping with us, we always have a blast!

Gulianna and I headed over to the lake Thursday after work, and it was so flippin' hot! We waited for Aros and Lana to show up and then headed over to the main event to see what they had to eat, again no one was motivated to start the campfire or grill to make something to eat, for it was just too hot.

 Levi packed Gulianna in the Baby Bjorn, only this time he carried her on his back, I don't think that it was really meant for riding on your back, but I guess she looked pretty safe...she liked looking at everyone behind her, or I guess in front of her! Dinner was popcorn shrimp and fries and a corndog from the vendors by the lake. The band was starting to play, when we got there. We spotted a pink Mary Kay Cadillac, the new consultant at the MK booth said that she would take the money, if she ever got to that level...

They had a giant flag hoisted in the air, and awesome fireworks that night, yup on the third of July! We sat right on the lakeshore and enjoyed them. Gulianna lOvEd it, she kept blinking after every one it was great! About half way through she fell asleep...she was so tired!

Then next morning we woke up and went home to shower and get ready, and then headed for the 4th of July parade in Rexburg. We had the perfect spot in the shade! Gulianna had fun waving her little flag and waving to all the people in the parade! The kids got a ton of candy...Malachi sure enjoyed running out and picking up candy!

She lOvEs Spaghetti...

Gulianna lOves spaghetti, just as much as I do! She couldn't get eat it fast enough! She thought it was funny when she "accidently" slurped a noodle, she then started to just slurp up all of them!

 

Express the Moment Expo...

Finally some pictures from the Expo! This was our second year having a booth at the ETM Expo! We always have a blast! I truly enjoy setting up and displaying new product, I am proud of what I have accomplished with my business. Maybe I am a little biased but I think that I have the best booth, yeah baby! {only kidding of course, okay SIKE} It's all in the way you display your product...Gulianna was so freakin' hyper when we got there, she could feel the energy! I let her loose on the floor, while we hauled our displays and boxes in and out. Maybe that was a bad idea, she was in the way, but she was too cute, so no one minded at all.

Thank you to Kim's wonderful son's and scouts who are always there to help unload. We really put them to work! All the boys had the best attitude and smiles on their faces. It was funny to hear teenage boys say things like "pegboard" and "grid wall" and "boxes of patterned paper and embellishments" and such. Kim you have raised some good boys!

This year we brought my POS system rather than using a cash register, it was great, no more adjusting inventory. Last year I was 7 months pregnant, and this year I had Gulianna, she was so great as always. I made my own lanyards for everyone that helped with our booth, and a special tiny one just for Gulianna. She lOvEd it, and wore it proudly! She is so funny! Saturday I had dressed her in her cute little Chatterbox shirt, with great anticipation that we would get some really cute pictures with Melody Ross...but unfortunately she was not able to attend, due to an accident that happened a couple days before the Expo. But no worries, we understood that she needed to be with her family.

Thanks to Cherry, Nancy, Claudia, and Lorinda for coming out and help, it always means a lot. And a big thanks to Levi for always being supportive. He is always there to help pack and load product and displays, and help set up. You are a wonderful loving husband!

Almost caught up...

Still finding lots of pictures to post...I found some pictures of Gulianna's first time at Rigby Lake, after work, Levi wanted to go and sit by the lake, I love how it's still hot and sunny at 8:30 at night! Nothing beats the summertime!

From the time that we left Scrapalicious and drove to the lake, about 5 minutes, Gulianna fell asleep! Not really like her to just zonk out! I got her out of her carseat and she was still sound asleep...so I carried her over to the water, and we sat there, okay I sat there while Levi made some business phone calls...and about half an hour later, we just had to wake Gulianna up! She was instantly anxious to go put her hands in the water!

Later that evening at home...Gulianna was making some silly faces for the camera, I don't know why she always has to stick her hand out when I'm taking her pictures!

 

Jamba Juice...

Nothing better on a HOT day or cold day, for that matter, than an Orange Dream Machine. The one an only, the best there, am I right, AM I RIGHT! I am always introducing people to Jamba, yes I know there are some crazy people out there that have NOT had one, and I always recommend the Orange Dream Machine with ENERGY! Most of the time they take my word for it, but sometimes they get this crazy idea to try something different the next time, and they are only WISHING they didn't waste their four bucks and just went with the original! Now with Gulianna, being so little and knowing that she couldn't or should I say shouldn't be having anything but breastmilk...I went ahead and gave her a little taste of heaven...at a mere 2 weeks old, and boy did she lOvE it! But only a taste...nothing more! After that, I think her next drinking taste was probably around 4 months or later...I don't remember! But now she has graduated onto bigger and better things, for she lOvEs Jamba just as much as I do, she is just like me! I can't "savor the flavor" like Levi or Daniel or Claudia...I have to just go for it! Oh yeah, I just down it, I haven't ever really timed myself or anything, but I could tell you that I could be finished by the time I leave the parking lot, yeah I know your thinkin' whatever, but it's true ask anyone I know! And with that...I leave you some pictures of Gulianna, downing her own little cute Jamba, in about 5 minutes flat...AND she wanted more!

A mean trick...

Gulianna had missed her 6 month shots in February so we got them at 11 months instead! A couple weeks ago I had taken her in to see if she had an ear infection because she was constantly tugging on her right ear. Sure enough she had one...but it wasn't too bad. At that appointment I decided to schedule her appt. for her shots so we didn't get too far behind.

So I took her in on July 7th, and of course she always recogizes the office. When we got called in, she got a little freaked out when I laid her down, she usually doesn't mind, but I'm sure she sensed what was coming. She cried for a tiny bit and then I picked her up and showed her the "doggy poster" on the wall. She was fine and started motioning her hand "here doggy doggy" but then she gave me a dirty look, I'm sure she figured I was trying to distract her...so I'm sure she thought it was a mean trick!

We met with the guys and grabbed a sandwich at Gandolfo's and then swung by....YOU KNOW!

Camping at Rigby Lake...

Day 1: Friday June 27

Last weekend we went camping at Rigby Lake...our first time this year! We had a good camping spot, Annareigh and RJ, Ty and Nancy joined us, Aros brought the kids for swimming, but no camping, poor Lana had to stay home with sick Alea. It was super hot! Gulianna lOvEd getting in the water and splashing around...picking up rocks and pebbles, and watching everyone play!

Levi and Ty went to pick up pizza for dinner. Then later the boys went in for a swim, while the kids skipped rocks. Gulianna thought it was funny when Levi would disappear into the water and then pop back up!

Started a campfire and roasted marshmallows and ate smores, RJ showed the little kids some new tricks on roasting and eating marshmallows.

Day 2: June 28

We went to eat breakfast at Me & Stan's here in Rigby. No one was really in the mood to cook...Gulianna was starving, she ate a lot as usual. The pancakes were huge, and all the kids ordered 2 each~oops! On our way back we stopped at Lorinda's to pick up Kade, Kolby and Regan, we crammed in the car back to the lake, and swam all day! I didn't think Gulianna would crawl in the water...but why NOT? of course she did, she had a blast! We set up two canopies, one over the picnic table, and one close by the water for some shade, it was a hot one!

And by the end of the day...she was tuckered out!

Last weekend...

We made an unexpected very short trip to Boise/Meridian last weekend...we stopped at Craters of the Moon, it was so hot! I am thankful that our nights here cool off quickly.

Catching up...

We went to the Circus in Rexburg on the 9th of June...I think my pictures are on my computer at home, dang it. Although I probably don't have very many, I was having issues with my camera that day. Then on the 14th, we watched the Stampede Parade here in Rigby, it was a pretty big parade! Poor Gulianna was sick that day, actually for a couple weeks, with a cold, and a runny nose, ahhhh yes now I remember, sucking out boogers for weeks! We would have loved to be in the parade for the store...but the tranny in the Bronco needs to be dropped and fixed first, no time!

That same afternoon, Claudia and I took pictures for a wedding that lasted into the wee hours of the morning...we were so tired!

In the Scrapbooking Tote...

This was our big "National Scrapbook Day" Giveaway for Scrapalicious!! And of course I had to take some pictures of Gulianna in the Crop in Style XXL tote...

Cute little camping chair...

That same day, I was anxious to get out this tent! I have had this little tent for several years now, all of our nieces have played in it, but now we get to put it to use with Gulianna! I have waited so long to use it for my own! Gulianna looked so cute sitting in a miniature camping chair!

Swinging...

Gulianna lOvEs to swing on the swingset! As soon as the snow had melted, Levi rushed Gulianna outside and put her on the swing all by herself! I thought that she was too little to swing on a swing, but I guess not! Back then, she was maybe 7 months old...but she's a big girl, and she lOvEs it! These were taken on the same day...

She even was brave enough to lean backwards while swinging, silly girl!

Kittens...

okay these pictures are from {May 19} but I still have them on my work computer and need to delete them, so I might as well post them! Midnight had 4 kittens born on National Scrapbook Day, May 3, 2008. I had my grand opening for Scrapalicious that day, and when Levi brought Gulianna that morning, he said "Midnight had her kittens!" They are so cute, but since we haven't been home to spend time with them, they hiss at you now. They are getting better, but its annoying when you have cute kittens that you can't play with! Gulianna lOvEs them, she always says "here kitty kitty" or just "kitty" and she moves her hand like she wants them to come to her, its so cute! Gulianna got a little wild herself and kept grabbing them by the head and almost poked their eyes out...

she really wanted to kiss the kitties! And these pictures are when she flung the cat behind her...
