Note: Heidi has rescheduled the date for Oct. 2nd & 3rd!!!
Registration will start soon!
I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am...like really, so EXCITED!!! I have had this dream, from when I first opened the store, that someday, just someday I will have miss Heidi Swapp teach...at my store!
And as of today, I can officially announce that she will be coming to Rigby, Idaho!!!
Heidi and I have been emailing, and talking to each other about this, and it is going to be soooo fun, you will not want to miss out on this!
I have loved Heidi's work from the very beginning, {and I mean the very beginning :)} Her handwriting, {a given} her style, her creativity and techniques, her compassion for such a hobby. But even above all of that, she is truly a sweet genuine person. If you have ever been so lucky to be in her presence you will know what I am talking about! She is the best in this whole industry! And when she came out with her own product line...and we got everything! 'I want it all...want it. want it' Can you hear me singing to HSM3, lol! I still have my coveted stash...
I remember when we {me & Cherry} first met her...it was at CKU Provo 2005. We took her 'She' class, and it was the best class ever! Totally inspiring, everything that we ever wanted. She is a wonderful teacher all about 'techniques' and just a genuine sweet girl. Then Cherry was embarrassing because she couldn't get her own actual rub.ons to work :) {I don't know if you even remember that Heidi} So Heidi came over and assisted Cherry on one of her pages...ohh the memories we will keep for.ever.
Then the next year for CKU Provo2006, we didn't register in time, for her 'exclusive crop' and we were the ones peeking in the doorway, wanting in soo bad :)
I wanted to enter in the poster contest...but I didn't have enough time to make it before we left, so I brought what I had wanted to use, and we put it together in the middle of the night at our hotel. I have to say that I knew I was going to win. I always know when I am going to win something. :) We had taken a picture with Heidi, and then got it developed at Walmart. We stayed up late trying to design the poster. We were so tired, laughing all night, while Cherrie was trying to sleep, with her earplugs in, lol. It all paid off, because we did win the poster contest!
Okay enough with me talking. Details are coming soon, space is limited {we will actually have the classes held at another cute location :) }we will have more info for you next week, so please be in touch on both Heidi's Blog, Scrapalicious Blog and mine! This is going to be big! And you know me I love to host parties!
